Your holiday at Veligandu may be one of relaxation mixed with fun and activity. The choice is yours. Veligandu offers a variety of non-motorised water sports, a selection of land sports, in addition to the several dive courses, snorkeling and fishing and sightseeing excursions.
Beach volleyball and badminton are some of the options available for an afternoon of fun and enjoyment. Often mixed teams of guests and staff join in and provide an exciting afternoon for the players as well as the onlookers. Or enjoy a more relaxing game of table tennis, Pool and Soccer Ball Game any time you feel like it. Thatched pathways connect the table tennis hall to the bar and the reception.

This 11-cabin, three-deck catamaran takes you island-hopping in inimitable Four Seasons style. Limited to 22 passengers, this private cruise experience goes far beyond the normal beach escape. With ample on-board activities and a choice of three-, four- or seven-night cruises, Four Seasons Explorer offers an unforgettable vacation for divers and non-divers alike. #Madivaru Island Picnic (Monday 11:00 - 16:30)
* Snorkeling at Madivaru Reef
* If you are lucky…photograph a group of dolphins
* Swim, Snorkel, Sunbath & Lunch at Madivaru – Picnic Island
* Price includes Lunch, 1 500 ml bottle of Water and 1 Soft Drink
* Other beverages are available at Veligandu Bar Menu prices
* Rent snorkeling equipment from the Dive Center for US$6 per person or purchase it from the Gift Shop
* Minimum 6 persons. Minimum age is 12. A child under 16 must be accompanied by a parent
#Male Sightseeing Trip (Wednesday 13:00 - 17:45)
* Visit Male’, the Capital of Maldives
* Photograph the sights including the traditional Fish Market, the Fruit and Vegetable Market, The President’s Palace, the Islamic Markaz Mosque, and Sultan’s Park
* Shop for souvenirs in the local shops…..take US$ cash
* The required clothing to be worn when visiting Male’, at the minimum is a t-shirt with short sleeves; for women, knee length shorts, and for men, shorts
* Minimum 10 persons. Minimum age is 12. A child under 16 must be accompanied by a parent
#Snorkeling Dhoni Trip (Tuesday & Friday 9:30 - 12:00)
* Experience the underwater wonderland, transported by dhoni to 3 nearby coral reefs including Madivaru,Rasdhoo and Kuramathi
* Rent snorkeling equipment from the Dive Center or purchase from the Gift Shop
* Remember not to touch the coral or any other marine creatures! It is illegal to collect live shells or coral
* For swimmers only
* Minimum 6 persons. Minimum age 12. A child under 16 must be accompanied by a parent
#Snorkeling Speed Boat Trip (Sunday 9:30 - 12:00)
* Experience the underwater wonderland, transported by a speed boat to nearby Madivaru reef
* Rent snorkeling equipment from the Dive Center or purchase from the Gift Shop
* Remember not to touch the coral or any other marine creatures! It is illegal to collect live shells or coral

#Night Fishing Trip (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday 18:30 - 20:00)
* Try to catch your dinner the traditional Maldivian way with hand line, hook, sinker, and baitTag your fish with your room number, and ask Reception to have your catch cooked for dinner or the next day’s lunch,

#Sunset ‘Punch’ Cruise: (Monday & Friday 17:30 - 19:30)
* Photograph a magnificent tropical sunset and if you are lucky, see a group of dolphins while cruising aboard a traditional dhoni

#Rasdhoo Island Trip (Thursday 15:00 - 17:30)
* Visit a nearby local island by dhoni and see how our neighbors live and work together in more of a traditional lifestyle. The tour includes visiting a school, atoll office, dockyard, etc.

#Island Hopping Trip (Saturday 14:00 - 17:30)
* Visit Thoddoo, a nearby island and see how our neighbors cultivate watermelon, chili, and other vegetables. Experience the daily life of a Maldivian community
* Visit Rasdhoo, another local island for shopping. Shop for souvenirs in the local shop…take US$ cash

#Big Game Fishing - Trawling From A Dhoni (Daily 6:30 - 9:00)
