- Accomodation Overview 
Once on land, guests will make their home in one of The Beach House’s 68 luxurious villas where they will enjoy full reign of their own private pool, along with the services of a butler who will tend to their every need. All villas feature every modern technological convenience, whilst traditional Maldivian style is celebrated in architectural details from the open-air en-suite design to the thatched roofing.
Accommodations include 16 Beach Villas (1647 sq. ft. or 153 sq. m.), 12 Beach Suites (2422 sq. ft. or 225 sq. m.), 38 Over-Water Villas (1572 sq. ft. or 146 sq. m.) one Grand Water Pavilion (4510 sq. ft. or 419 sq. m.) and a Grand Land Pavilion (7459 sq. ft. or 693 sq. m.). Each land accommodation will also have its own private cabana, as well as natural elements incorporating the landscape.
Exotic woods, domed ceilings and comfortable furnishings combine for enticing “beachy” interiors, while over-water villas will be outfitted with see-through flooring to reveal life beneath the ocean surface. Each villa will also be set with up-to-the-second conveniences, including high-speed wireless Internet access, LCD TV, DVD/CD player, luxuriant bath amenities, and of course impeccable service.

The Maldivian-style villas stretch out into the lagoon and are perched over water. These intimate and well-appointed villas feature ample decks with infinity edged pools, breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean with glass paneled floors that allow quiet observation of the marine life throughout the day or in the evening moonlight. Steps leading directly into the soft sandy lagoon provide immediate access to the inviting crystal clear waters. Partially open air bathrooms with Jacuzzi bathtubs complete the Maldivian ambiance of the Water Villas.

Leisurely spread throughout the island’s lush vegetation, the thatched-roof Maldivian-style villas are all generously sized and elegantly decorated. Outdoor bathrooms feature low lying oversized bathtubs, open air rain showers and a sun deck with cozy loungers. Each Beach Villa boasts a private cabana directly on the beach for whiling away the hours and enjoying the scenic lagoon with its soft white sands.

The Beach Suites have been designed to enhance the entire vacation experience with world-class comfort and sumptuous elegance. These suites are encompassed with the lush vegetation of the island allowing guests to sink into a lulling tropical reverie. Separate areas for socializing, dining and sleeping provide all the comfort and room one may desire. Open air bathrooms feature lavish Jacuzzi bathtubs and rain showers whilst each Beach Suite also boats a private beach cabana.

The Grand Water Pavilion represents the most refined and exclusive pedigrees of taste, style and sophistication. Immersed in understated and elegant décor, this pavilion offers sweeping panoramas of the Indian Ocean, two bedrooms, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, private dining area, a spacious lounge with 40’’ LCD TV and large private sun deck.
