Sun Island measuring about 1.6 km in length and around 380 meters in width has 426 elegantly furnished guestrooms, including 72 water bungalows, out of which, 4 are Presidential Suites, 218 Super Deluxe Beach Bungalows and 136 Deluxe Beach Bungalows.
NOTE: For guests staying at deluxe and super deluxe rooms meals will be served from the main restaurant "Maaniya Restaurent". For guests staying at water bungalow , the meals are served at "Southern star restaurant".
- Deluxe Room - (60 rooms / units)
These are Beach rooms built just in front of the beach hidden with a bit palm trees and swaying bushed side by side. These rooms have got direct view of the shore and sea. Size: 20.63 m2 / 222.04 sqft
These Deluxe Rooms Feature:

Built just on the shoreline, in front of the beach having direct access to the beach are the Super Deluxe Beach Room. These rooms are a little bigger than the Deluxe with a little bit of extra facilities. These beach rooms are built in blocks of two. Size:25.33 m2 / 272.62 sqft
These Super Deluxe Rooms feature:Air-conditioning, en suite bath facilities with hot & cold desalinated water, bidet, bath tub, hair dryer, veranda, open shower, mini bar, electronic safe, satellite TV with in-house movies and internet access. The Water Suites (246 m2 / 2648 sqft) built either side of the far end of the jetties provide accommodation for those who want to spend their holiday in style. Each unit is made up of two bedrooms; one master bedroom furnished with a double bed and a twin bedroom with en suite bathrooms, living room with private bar with tea and coffee making facilities and a large private terrace with a Jacuzzi and corner bath in both bathrooms.
