Set amidst a vibrant garden island favoured for its Maldivian village setting and legendary Four Seasons service, the resort's 96 luxuriously appointed bungalows combine a generous use of timber and thatch with modern tropical furnishings and comforts. Beautifully appointed Beach Bungalows are built on the fringe of the island. The Water Bungalows are built on sturdy columns in the tranquil lagoon and offer uninterrupted sea views.

Set just behind the tree line facing the beach, the beach bungalows provide comfortable accommodation, when in Paradise . Paved walkways connect the rooms from the back to all other facilities at the resort. While some rooms are detached, others are in blocks of two. The white walls and ceilings provide for an airy and light atmosphere. Flowery patterns on the curtains and the bed spreads complements the colourful painting to add touches of colour to the interiors.
The rooms are furnished with double or twin beds. Cushioned rattan sofas with a glass-topped coffee table provide comfortable seating if you decide to spend some time in the room, enjoying a drink from the mini-bar or the choice of viewing offered on the television. A spacious closet, dressing table with mirror and chair completes the picture.
Walk out through the front door to a tiled veranda facing the beach, furnished with sun loungers- a peaceful setting for an afternoon of reading or enjoying the view. Opening up the interconnecting doors between two rooms provides convenient family accommodation.

There are 6 restaurants, they are Italian restaurant, seafood restaurant, Japanese restaurant, coffee shop, these restaurants are open round the clock except Japanese restaurant which regularly opens at all meal times unless requested by guests. All your prepaid meals will be served in main restaurant, these meals will be served on buffet. We also have 5 bars which serves a number of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and varieties of cocktails. The coffee shop and bar serve a variety of a larcarte meals and drinks round the clock. In addition to the above depending on the choice of clientèle, open air barbecue or a Maldivian Night is a common thing.

- Sunrise Restaurant - Main Restaurant
An exclusive seafood restaurant built over water, serving a variety of seafood and exotic dishes. Bar open round the clock and the restaurant open from 08.00 – 0000 hrs.
This is where guests on full board, half board and bed & breakfast are served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tiled floors and full glass windows create a light airy atmosphere. Cushioned rattan furniture provides comfortable seating for 700.
All meals are served buffet style. Full continental European or English breakfast is available at the breakfast buffet and a wide variety of dishes Continental, Asian and Maldivian dishes are served at lunch and dinner.
- Dhaavani Restaurant - Coffee shop
This is the place for a light lunch or an afternoon snack, in a more informal setting, decorated in a casual snack bar style. The restaurant offers seating for about 50. Conveniently located in front of the pool area, the Dhaavani Restaurant and Coffee shop is open round the clock.
The menu on offer contains a range of light snacks to hearty meals. In addition to the usual fare of salads, sandwiches and burgers, and the range of Asian and European dishes featured on the menu, special theme nights are held on certain days of the week. The Mongolian barbecue and the Tandoori nights are evenings to enjoy. Tandoori dishes may be enjoyed on any day you wish. Lunch at the Dhaavani Restaurant features a daily Tandoori corner.
This restaurant serves you for your convenience. While the late breakfast included in the menu serves those who prefer to lie in during their holidays, a range of ice creams serves to quench your thirst while sun bathing at the poolside. The restaurant serves the poolside too
A la carte Restaurant serving Indian & Western food and light snacks round the clock. Special Dinners on the Pool Deck are organised.
- Fukuya Teppanyaki - Japanese Restaurant
A small decorative bridge over a miniature pool with waterfall leads you to the entrance of this cozy restaurant. Decorated in true Japanese style, the restaurant provides seating for about 20.
Featuring Japanese traditional teppanyaki - show cooking, the restaurant offers a range of traditional Japanese dishes. In additional to the more familiar Japanese dishes such as sushi and sashimi, a variety of dishes are served. Chefs trained in Japanese cooking uses genuine ingredients, imported from Japan . A meal here is a show in itself. The fact that this restaurant is patronised by the Japanese and South Asian guests at the resort, proves the quality of meals served here.
The well-stocked bar in the restaurant serves all usual bar drinks and a range of non-alcoholic drinks and exotic alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.
The Fukuya Teppanyaki is open for lunch from noon and for dinner in the evening.
- Paradise Bar - Main Bar
This is the main bar of the resort. The bar is spacious with modern interiors. Open on all sides the bar overlooks the poolside and the sea. The bar provides comfortable, cushioned seating for more than 90.
A fine atmosphere to relax after a day of diving or discuss the day's events with newly found friends. Three nights a week live music performed inside the bar or at the poolside provides for some action on the disco floor inside the bar, with its colourful and flashy lighting, as it becomes the centre of activity and attraction. Once a week the resorts DJ spins some swinging tunes for you to dance the night away, after the excitement offered by a 'crab race'. Enjoy a quieter moment or cool down with a cocktail served in the bar- outside by the pool. The bar serves the poolside too.
Open round the clock with a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This is an ideal place to taste the exotic and colorful international cocktail with variety of entertaining programs and animations.
- Beach Bar
The Beach Bar is conveniently located on the white sandy beach at the northern end of the island. This one is specially for beach babies who spend their day enjoying the variety of watersports offered at the Delphis Water Sports Centre also located at this end of the island. Although the bar is a simple structure, which blends in with the surroundings, spaced out seating, spread out on the beach under thatched parasols provide a convenient setting for a drink. The bar serves soft drinks, beers and fresh fruit drinks and is open till late afternoon.
Open daily from morning 09.00 – till sunset. Light snacks, fresh juices, soft drinks, beers and hot beverages (tea, coffee, espresso, cappuccino).
- Ristorante Al Tramonto & Sunset Bar
Specialist Italian-set at the end of the main jetty over the edge of the house reef, overlooking the sea; this restaurant certainly provides a romantic setting for any meal. Located on the western side of the island the restaurant is a popular setting for a romantic sunset cocktail as people gather to watch the magnificent sunsets.
Complete with pizzeria, gelateria, the restaurant serves genuine Italian dishes. The restaurant provides comfortable seating for 48 inside, and 48 more on the surrounding open-air deck outside.
The restaurant is open from lunch time to late in the evening and provides a pizza room service.
- Bar open round the clock and the restaurant open from 1100 – 2300 hrs.
- Karaoke Bar
The Karaoke Bar provides a totally different atmosphere in comparison to the Main Bar. The Bar opens every evening, and serves all the drinks available in the Main Bar. Step inside through the glass doors into this lavishly furnished bar. The floor is carpeted and black leather sofas provide comfortable seating for 100.
- All - inclusive Package - Subject to change
How "all inclusive" works:
- All types of beverages for personal consumption, served one glass at a time, ordered while at the Main Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Main Bar or Beach Bar.
- Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) can be ordered one at a time and not in advance.
- No refund for missed meals will be entertained nor can any benefits of the package be transferred to another guest.
- All the guests staying in the same room should be on “all inclusive” basis.
- No Alcoholic drinks will be served for person aged below 18.
- The “all inclusive” package is available only for the guests entire stay and the guests who cut short their stay will not be refunded.
- The hotel cannot be held responsible for the facilities, services and amenities that cannot be used due to weather conditions or due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Upon check–in at the resort a wrist bracelet should be worn at all times as an identification of entitlement for the all inclusive services and which should be returned to the front desk cashiers at the time of final settlement.
- In case of loss of the bracelet a surcharged of US$20.00 will be charged for a new one.
Our procedure requires billing for all consumption of food & beverage as well as for all other services.
- All guests are required to sign in the bills that are presented against any service provided.
- The benefits of the package can be enjoyed until check-out or check-out time of 1200hrs noon whichever is earlier. In case the transfer gets delayed or advanced due to transfer rescheduling, the clients cannot claim for a refund.
- Includes one night fishing trip and a island hopping trip (half day) per guest staying 6 nights or more.

The conference center is unlikely to be used by holiday maker's, but then there is the gym, sauna, squash court, badminton court, tennis courts, volleyball court, table tennis and snooker tables. (The squash and badminton courts do not have air conditioning and so are extremely hot to play in). On top of this there is the fullest range of water-sports facilities: catamaran, windsurf and canoe, para sail, water-ski and jet-ski.

Water Sports - Paradise Island Resort & Spa Maldives The Villa Water sports Centre in Paradise Island offers courses in windsurfing and catamaran sailing in addition to excellent facilities for a variety of water sports. The centre, located at the northern end of the island is equipped with the best. The big shallow lagoon surrounding the island is a safe and convenient place to learn windsurfing or catamaran sailing or enjoy any of the water sports offered.
Water bikes, paddleboats, water scooters are also available for you to paddle around in. Banana Riding, Fun tubes, Knee boarding, Water skiing would certainly give you the opportunity to get some excitement in the water.
Enjoy a romantic sunset ride on a two-seater paddleboat or ride the waves on a water scooter with the spray and wind on your face.
- Surfing
The surfing guests will need to hire boat rides on half-day or full-day basis. The resort do not provide surf boards and guests will need bring their own boards.

You may visit resorts close by or catch a glimpse of the daily life of Maldivians in one of the fishing villages. For those who wish to test their skills at fishing a variety of fishing expeditions are organised. Excursions are organised on a weekly or twice-weekly basis. However these are subject to weather conditions and a minimum level of participation by the guests.
