Kuredu is a paradise dream in real life, with more than 3 km of white beaches and aquamarine lagoons, Exotic, thatched bungalows and spacious villas accommodate our guests. Bungalows and Villas line the white sand beach, while Sangu Sunset Water Villas are built on columns over the lagoon. Our guests chose from 2 resorts and 4 categories of rooms.
On the western end of the island the Magnificent Sangu Resort with exclusive Bar, Restaurant and Reception offers romantic Sangu Jacuzzi Beach Villas and the fabulous Sangu Sunset Water Villas. Whereas Kuredu Island Resort offers the cozy and comfortable Beach Bungalows and the beautiful Beach Villas. For the convenience of our guests we have several restaurants, bars and shops in Kuredu; a well assorted souvenir and gift shop, a Jewelery shop, a one hour photo processing shop, a dive- and snorkel equipment shop and a Golf Pro shop.

There are total of Eight room types of accommodation is amazing variety to perfectly fit into your individual concept of holiday. Be it the location of your accommodation, the restaurant you wish to dine in, or the facilities in the room – the choice is all yours.
Each of the bungalows and villas has traditional looks from without, and within the comforts aimed to provide a memorable holiday in paradise on earth. The facilities include air-conditioning, fan, telephone with international dialing facility, CD player with CDs for loan, coffee and tea making facility, safe deposit box, well stocked mini bar, shower with hot and cold water, sun chairs, sun loungers, etc.

Located amidst tastefully landscaped garden just behind the 'O' Beach Villas in the north eastern part of the island, the Garden Bungalows are the same as our Beach Bungalows in design and facilities offered. They are just a few steps away from the beach. In Garden Bungalows there is an option between double and twin beds. Garden Bungalows could be booked for families in all age groups and Bonthi is the main restaurant for all their meals.

Exotic, thatched bungalows situated on the northern beach of the island. These Bungalows are comfortably furnished with rattan furniture and a spacious open-air bathroom with walk in shower and garden. The facilities includes CD-player, Tea & Coffee making facility, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, safe, telephone, beach towels, a wooden terrace and sun chairs. Romantic Villas with views of the Indian Ocean line the south-west Beach a few steps from the beautiful lagoon. These Villas have a spacious bedroom and sitting area. They are exquisitely furnished with wrought iron furniture and feature a furnished verandah. Open-air bathrooms with walk-in shower.
Each Villa has a spacious secluded garden with a wooden deck and a Jacuzzi.. Size: 76 m2 incl. bathroom, verandah and garden. Facilities include four poster beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, safe, telephone, sun beds, beach towels, kimonos, CD & cassette player and tea / coffee making facilities. The Sangu Jacuzzi Beach Villas have a beautiful bar and an exclusive restaurant in traditional Maldivian style and separate check in at the Sangu hospitality reception. Patrons in the Sangu Villas have also the option to eat in the other main restaurants; Bonthi & Coamas.

- Sangu Water Villa - (50 rooms / units)
Fabulous Villas on wooden columns in the north-west side of the lagoon with a romantic view of the sun set from the secluded furnished verandah, sun deck and steps down to the beautiful lagoon. From the verandah you can watch baby reef- sharks learning to hunt or small rays resting in the quiet lagoon.
These Villas have a spacious bedroom and sitting area and are exquisitely furnished with wrought iron furniture and have panoramic views of theIndian Ocean and bathrooms with walk in shower overlooking the turquoise lagoon. Facilities include four poster beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini bar, safe, telephone, sun beds, beach towels, kimonos, CD & cassette player and tea / coffee making facilities. The Sangu, ‘O’ & Koamas serve wide buffets with show cooking for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Guests in the Sunset Water Villas, Jacuzzi Beach Villas and Beach Villas can also eat in main restaurants other than their allocated restaurant if they choose to with a prior table reservation.
The resort offers a wide selection of A la Carte Restaurants to choose from for your special romantic dinnes and many bars to choose from.
- Bonthi Restaurant
Bonthi Restaurant is located within the signature building of Kuredu in the centre of the island and it is the main restaurant for the guests in Beach Bungalows for all their meals. Bonthi serves international and local cuisine on rotating theme nights chosen from around the world.
- Koamas Restaurant
The restaurant is also situated in the renovated signature building of Kuredu, serving international & local buffets with show cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner for all guests in villas on the southern coast of the island comprising of some Beach Villas, and Jacuzzi Beach Villas.
- Sangu Restaurant
Sangu Restaurant is the allocated Restaurant for the guests in the Sunset Water Villas.
- ‘O’ Restaurant
‘O’ Restaurant with deck spreading over the water on the eastern end of the island has an ambience of being one with nature. This is the allocated restaurant for the new Beach Villas on the north eastern part of the island.

Kuredu Golf Club is the first of its kind in the Maldives. The Golf course is located on the east portion of the Island, surrounded by natural forest and the noise of the ocean there could be no where more peaceful for the game of golf. The Golf Club boasts a full size driving range with the option of a shaded area and also hitting from the grass. A large putting green is also available to perfect the short game.

Entertainment Centre is one of the islands newly added facilities designed to offer a variety of activities in one location within a spacious semi open Maldivian House.
The Entertainment Centre features a TV Hall with satellite channels and DVD player, a library with books in number of languages, a table top chess, giant floor chess with approximately two feet tall figures, table tennis, “fussball” (table football), darts and two pool tables within an air conditioned room.
Beach Volleyball is an everyday favourite of our guests of all ages. Once a week, the beach volleyball tournament between our guests is a festival.
Football on an island is possible if you are in Kuredu. A multipurpose ground is the venue for various games like football and cricket, and we conduct competitions also during the week.
Floodlit Tennis on hard court is open almost all the day long between 08h00 and 20h00. Racquets and balls could be rented on the island.
Floodlit Badminton is also open between 08h00 and 20h00 with the possibility of renting the racquets and shuttle cocks. Playing on the sand based court is an all new experience and is fun with no shoes!
Board Games for those who prefer more of mental challenges are available between 09h00 and 01h00 at some of our bars.
Kuredu Gym: Gym is newly refurbished and fully air conditioned with soothing music. The modernly designed and well selected range of equipment includes Fit Stride (total body trainer), cycles, multi press, lat / row, leg curl / extension, leg press / calf raise, tread mills and of course the weights and dumbbells which are predestined to your exercise habits.

This is an exciting trip of about 1 hour on a local Dhoni where you can watch the sunset a little closer than from the Island itself. You will have a good chance to see the dolphins as well.
We will start at 18:00 hours from Kuredu and we will look around for dolphins before heading to a nice spot where we have a good view of the sun setting at the horizon.
