Kandu Roadhi is a small boat built for excursions. The boat is aimed at budget travelers who like to explore the Maldives at its best. The boat was refurbished in September 2008 with new interior décor to a good standard. We kept the boat small so we can offer you the attention that you deserve on your holiday.

The boat caters for surfing, fishing, snorkeling and cruise market. If you want to spend a relaxed holiday away from the crowd within your budget then Kandu Roadhi can offer the tailor made package for you.

 Kuda Bandos Picnic

This is a small picnic island just 55 minutes away from the main island male'. Kuda Bandos is the uninhabited island of Kuda Bandos (literally meaning small Bandos) ideal for a private picnic on the beach or merely enjoying the sunset after a full day of snorkelling the reef or swimming in the clear blue lagoon.

Open throughout the week except Fridays, Saturdays and other public holidays, Kuda Bandos is the penultimate Robinson Crusoe experience.

 Island Hopping

Hop on board the Kandu Roadhi and sail away across the North Male’ Atoll to explore the different types of Islands in the area.  Snorkel or swim and take a nap while you top up that tan in our tropical paradise. Discover a local island and see Maldivians at work and experience their island lifestyle. 

Visit a local souvenir shop; buy some thing to remember on the trip.

Your visit to Maldives is not complete without trying your hand on the local pass time activity - FISHING. This is definitely a night to remember full of scenes and memories. Bait your hook, drop your line direct from a dhoni to the reef and hope for a nibble as you watch the spectacular colors of sunset and ocean waves lap the surrounding islands.

 Snorkeling Trip

The coral reefs in Maldives are inhabited by diverse marine life and are teaming with colourful fish. Snorkeling is the easiest way to enjoy the beauty found beyond the lagoon. Please wear adequate sun screen. Reef snorkeling takes place directly from the boat, and is therefore suitable for stronger swimmers. If you are new to snorkeling we suggest you begin it on the house reef or the reef at Kuda Bandos.

Please remember reefs ae fragile ecosystems. Please do not stand, walk on the corals or reef.  Do not try to take any souvenirs from the underwater world.  It is not safe to remove corals as it may be even poisonous and may hurt your hands or feet.

 Sunset Dolphin Cruise

Experience our fun search for wild dolphins while viewing the best sunsets the islands offer. Wild ones jumping and doing their friendly tricks, even swimming with the boat as you both go jumping and streaming across the ocean.

Bring your cameras so that you can show the dancing dolphins back home. This is one of our most fun-filled excursions, during which you will see the mammals that we trust the most, dolphins in their natural environment. They will surely bring you joy!

 Scuba Diving

The route of your trip will be individually discussed on your arrival. When planning an itinerary we consider your preferences, the weather conditions and the duration of your stay. Central Male' being located close to classic divesites like Blue Caves, HP reef, Banana Reef and Furana Thila, certified divers will have memorable experiences during their holiday. Every season offers something beautiful! In the European wintertime we can enjoy extremely good visibility underwater, which makes diving really feel like flying between the fish. From May to November, Paradise is the perfect location (only a 5 minutes boattrip away) for visiting one of the best manta spots in Maldives. Delphis is daily offering a minimum of at least two boat dives a day to any of the spots in the atoll while two tank dives and full day trips are frequently organised.

Kandu Roadhi modern, spacious fibre glass dhoni, all equipped with life vests, First Aid equipment, DAN Oxygen kits and radio to enable communication. The experienced and well-trained boat crew is always ready to help you in any way they can. All our staff are regularly trained in emergency first aid techniques.

A typical cruise would take you through some of the best dive sites and lets you experience some fishing villages.

Kandu Roadhi is available for charters. We provide the boat with all the facilities and crew for your entire cruise. You can hire the boat for private charter, fishing, snorkeling or surfing.
